Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Front Desk Coordinator / Concierge who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Front Desk Coordinator / Concierge acts as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. This position is tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating destination plans, and more. The selected candidate must always uphold company culture while making guests feel welcomed and valued.

As a Front Desk Coordinator / Concierge you will:
• Welcome visitors, in person, with a smile and directing them appropriately
• Role-model positive customer service behaviors through the consistent application & deployment of AHC's Values and Mission principles and holds self & others accountable
• Effectively Answers and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
• Sign for Certified mail and packages
• Back up for Mail Clerk Position, this entails: Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Use the Internet and a wide variety of office software, such as Microsoft Office and desktop publishing applications, and computer equipment to conduct research, communicate, create spreadsheets, manipulate data and perform related functions.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Associates Degree or higher
• Accurate typing of 50 WPM
• Knowledge of excel, word and power-point skills
• Front desk, concierge, administrative experience
• Experience within health-related field preferred
