Adventist HealthCare (AHC) seeks to hire an experienced Human Resources (HR) Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

• Support the on-boarding of the candidate life cycle
• Ensure all post-offer tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Be the point of contact for new hires and serves as a welcome ambassador at Employee Clinic
• Processe any outstanding compliance documentation and employee badging
• Be able to handle an extremely high volume of new hire processing in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Collaborate frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates and provide a high standard of service aligned with AHC culture
• Participate in any related performance improvement opportunities

Qualifications include:
• Two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• High school or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited college or university preferred.
