The manager will be responsible for the CNH cybersecurity awareness, training, and exercises. She or he will build a holistic program in collaboration with stakeholders that recognizes the human role in meeting cybersecurity objectives. We are seeking a dynamic leader who excels at inspiring others through compelling communication and storytelling. He or she is a doer who is equally comfortable managing direct reports, overseeing partners, influencing colleagues, and rolling up his/her sleeves and executing.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in education, psychology, social science, or another relevant discipline (Required)
Advanced degree - MS, PhD (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience
8 years experience in learning and development, training, knowledge acquisition, and exercises (Required)
3 years in a management role (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge
1. Experience leading some or all of a broad learning development, training, awareness, and exercises program
2. Deep and broad knowledge of relevant best practices in learning development, knowledge acquisition, training, testing, and measuring knowledge acquisition
3. Experience designing and implementing exercises to identify gaps in critical corporate functions - cybersecurity (preferred), continuity of operations / disaster recovery, active shooter, etc
4. Ability to understand new technical concepts and translate them to meaningful training
5. Outstanding capability to communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences across all functional roles and technical capabilities
6. Experience with a variety of learning development platforms
7. Expertise in the analysis of audiences (technical and non-technical and the most effective mechanisms to influence behavior
8. Ability to create and implement effective experiential curriculum, both instructor led and on-line

Functional Accountabilities
Core areas of responsibility that fall under this role include:
1. Partnering with stakeholders to build an effective and efficient cybersecurity training and awareness program
2. Measuring the effectiveness of training and adjusting the program to address identified gaps
3. Developing and running cybersecurity exercises to identify critical gaps in the CNH cybersecurity risk posture
4. Reporting on lessons learned, guidelines, and best practices from cybersecurity exercises
5. Building an effective and holistic cybersecurity learning and development program for IT staff and partners, including developers, engineers, project managers, and technology leaders
6. Advising the CISO, CIO, and executive leadership team on training needs
7. Coordinating with business units, and across other stakeholders (including technology, compliance, risk, HR, privacy) to ensure cybersecurity changes that affect end users are clearly communicated, understood, and adopted
