Established architecture firm of 38 years located in Washington DC seeking a full-time (35-40 hours per week) Administrative/Office Assistant.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have an ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be organized and efficient. Experience with Deltek Ajera software not required, however candidate will be required to undergo training once employed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, document preparation, client proposals, bill paying, ordering supplies, coordination of office maintenance issues, payroll preparation, expense reimbursements and other various tasks such as event planning and gift purchases for the firm. Candidate will be working closely with the Office Manager and will assist with monthly billing responsibilities.
Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of Office or Administrative experience, be able to work independently, and excel at prioritizing multiple projects. Marketing and graphics experience is a plus.
