The Undersea Systems and Integration Group (USIG) provides Systems Engineering and Technical Program Management support to high priority DoD programs and projects within NAVSEA and the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs by working in a team environment that relies on effective application of technical program experience, analysis, and engineering skills as well as strong communications and interpersonal skills. We support the development, acquisition and sustainment of Naval Special Warfare and undersea warfare systems by providing integrated solutions that address the full range of programmatic and technical challenges. SPA has an immediate need for a Program Analyst in support of the NAVSEA Program Manager for Naval Special Warfare. #IN123 Responsibilities Provides integral support in all aspects of system or technology life cycle, including requirements definition and analysis, system modeling, risk management, operations, performance, testing, manufacturing, cost and schedule, training, life cycle support, and disposal. Analyzes and evaluates new initiatives, technologies, and programs to meet mission requirements. Ensures compliance with financial and acquisition regulations, manuals and procedures. Assist government program managers in developing weapon system requirements and acquisition documentation and program actions. Support government program managers in developing, managing, and evaluating contractual documentation and deliverables from the prime system integrator in support of system design and development acquisition milestones. Provide engineering realism to the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for undersea warfare systems. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of related exerience Prior experience in systems engineering, engineering management or program management Prior military experience or experience supporting NAVSEA resourcing/acquisition related position Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Active DoD SECRET clearance Desired Qualifications: Prior SOF military experience or experience supporting NSW and/or SOF in resourcing and/or acquisition related positions Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools and modeling languages (UML, SysML) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification in areas of contract, program, or business management
