As a .NET Developer, you must have an aptitude. You must be a solution developer that anticipates the ever changing needs of our federal clients. Other requirements of the IT Consultant .NET Developer role include Completed a Bachelor's degree from an accredited collegeuniversity, Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, Economics or other applicable quantitative or technical field Proficient in C or VB.NET. (Minimum 3 years of database development and professional work experience) Proficient in the use of .NET, and SQL Server (SQL Syntax and Stored Procedures) Proficient in building Windows Desktop database applications in .NET Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experienced in .NET, VB6, WPF, and ASP.NET Strong verbal and written communication skills Some experience developing SQL Server Some understanding of relational databases and experience programming in T-SQL Knowledge of .Net and SharePoint development is a plus with a desire to cultivate expertise Ability to work efficiently in MS Access and VBA program Ability to articulate database development issues into laymen business language for senior government executives, a plus Ability to work independently in analyzing problems and identifying solutions Team and customer service oriented Accounting and finance knowledge and experience for reporting and internal controls US citizenship, a must IT Consultant .NET Developer We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
