Job Description As a UI/UX Front End Developer on the TRSS team, you will be working with our product development and software engineers to bring our web-based products to life. We are looking for someone who can lead the charge on implementing the latest trends in web and interaction design, and who can help to connect the dots between business needs, software engineering and UX design. While also being able to build and implement a design from ground up. This role requires in depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Javascript frameworks such as: React, Angular and JQuery. Responsibilities: Design and implement intuitive UI/UX Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on UX best practices Work with both Product and Development teams to implement design strategy Understand system architecture and works within those structures and standards Design and build reusable styles and components Participate in all team agile activities (ie planning, grooming, product demonstrations, ect.) Design and implement testing strategies for UX improvements Requirements: 5+ years of user interface design experience, including information architecture and visual design skills (information design, typography, color etc.) Full stack java/spring web development experience strongly prefered Excellent design literacy, particularly around responsive/fluid and adaptive design Experience working in Agile development environment Expert in modern web technologies HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX / REST Strong understanding of React or Angular Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
