Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech start up that is looking for a Director of Sales. This person will be responsible for new business growth specifically within the identity verification vertical as well as managing a team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication skills and must be comfortable conducting presentations with complex technical products. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that boasts a unique and revered culture as well as great benefits/perks!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and run end-to-end sales cycle
  • Plan and close complex client deals
  • Manage sales plan and create revenue goals
  • Lead and mentor AEs to achieve and exceed quotas

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years in quota driven sales of Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions
  • Previous experience leading a team of Account Executives
  • Experience selling technology (health care and finance)
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales at the executive level
  • Superb negotiation and leadership skills
  • Salesforce experience
  • BS/BA strongly preferred
