Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a junior level SharePoint Developer for a full time position in Warren, MI, Fairfax, VA or Aberdeen, MD supporting established DoD customer : PEO CS& CSS . Work hours are 9-5 and Monday-Friday. Accomodations made for COVID, however this position ultimately will require onsite presence. * Remote option available for a candidate within a commutable distance from the Aberdeen or Fairfax office location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Custom solution development using either SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio utilizing JavaScript, JQuery (or related libraries) and CSS3/HTML5. - Automation of Business Processes using SharePoint capabilities within SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio - Planning, creation, configuration, customization, checks, and remedy of issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements - Creation of dashboards/Business Intelligence based on key performance indicators - Site branding - Management of site collection permissions - User training, provisioning, and management of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016 sites - Site Collection Administrator (SCA) duties - Support for O-365 and SharePoint Online - Experience with Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA)/Project Server Requirements Include: - Active Secret Level DoD Security Clearance - Strong Java Script background and experience - Experience creating and/or implementing graphical design for customer SharePoint site branding - Two years of professional experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients - Two years of experience in JavaScript, JQuery (or related libraries) and CSS3/HTML5 - Two years of experience using SharePoint 2013 Designer to customize and support SharePoint Sites - Experience doing workflow development using out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities and/or SharePoint Designer - Proven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business issues - Proven experience to indicate a record of information security awareness and discipline in information systems development and sustainment - Demonstrated ability using and developing in SharePoint 2013 - Past experience as a Site Collection Administrator - CompTIA Security + certification preferred and required within 3 months of employment (Initial exam must be taken within 60 days of hire) - SharePoint Computing Environment (CE) Certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment (CE exam must be taken within 5 months from date of hire - Bachelor of Science Degree required Desired requirements: - Experience with SharePoint in the US Army unclassified network or DoD environment highly desired - Experience in .NET Framework and C# - Knowledge of the SharePoint App Model/Add In Model and SharePoint Framework - Experience using Visual Studio to develop custom web parts and features - Experience using project management tools eg MS Project and JIRA - Understanding of agile and waterfall software development models - Experience with SharePoint 2016 - Demonstrated ability with O365 and SharePoint Online - Experience with Project Web Access and Project Serve MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview.
