Marketing Manager, General Brokerage Luxury Programs Lead Responsibilities: LA and luxury listing and agent support: Manage LA participation in LA program and new member on-boarding process Educate and trains LA agents and agents in general on luxury marketing programs and tools to increase adoption agents on available marketing tools and resources Serve as a strategic marketing consultant and advisor to agents (including, but not limited to LA members) teams and their staff on luxury marketing best practices and use of L&F and affiliate resources, tools and templated solutions and protocols Support luxury agents in competing for and marketing luxury listings Manage LA on-demand services with SOW, workflows, scheduling, etc. Including, but not limited to liaising between the design team and agents to communicate and coordinate project delivery (design, photography, copywriting and overall content development) Manage execution of the luxury advertising and luxury collateral, including coordinating design and submission process of ads to publications Implementing best-in-class agent marketing projects; work with the entire marketing team to determine best practices and process improvements that will benefit all agents Enterprise-wide luxury programs: Contribute to development and execution of the enterprise-wide luxury program and top producer initiatives in luxury real estate Support media planning, centralized and regional media plans and schedules, and billing-related tasks for advertising, including luxury media partnerships Promote luxury advertising programs to agents and coordinates advertising schedules and deadlines announcements Manage execution of corporate sponsored luxury events Contribute to developing and managing luxury content for corporate channels and social platforms, including original editorial content and agent advertising in the Luxury Homes magazine Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, communications or related field of study preferred 5 years' minimum experience, advertising agency preferred Work on luxury brands and RE experience a plus PR and Communications Experience Copy Writing Experience Graphic Design and Publishing Experience Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective listening and critical thinking skills We are a company that provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
