In this role you will be a member of a corporate applications shared services team reporting directly to the program delivery lead. Youll have direct access to a large pool of subject matter experts to support and enable your success at the program and agency.You are an ideal candidate for this opportunity if you are passionate about and have experience delivering enterprise IT (networks, systems, and applications) performance monitoring solutions. If you are curious by nature and consistently finding and championing ways to solve insight and delivery problems with tools than this job is the right fit for you.Design, develop, and implement Enterprise IT Monitoring/Management solutions including but not limited to integrations between Event Management/Correlation, ITSM, and AI/ML tools.Deliver value driven customer insight dashboards leveraging Java, PHP, Python, and COTS automation tools.Provide feedback to ensure relevancy of implementation and design documentation for standard and customer specific buildsParticipate and share knowledge, work in the context of geographically dispersed, collaborative, team-based environmentHelp foster a highly collaborative environment that values speed and quality.Perform hands-on maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of GDITs Enterprise IT Management solutions per their design and in accordance with in-scope tasksAdvocate for GDIT solutions between the program delivery team, federal customers and the corporate solutions team(s)Review and execute customer requirements in coordination with our program delivery and solution practice teams under the direction of the programs managementEducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplineRequired QualificationsSecurity + or equivalent5+ Years Proven experience with implementation of enterprise level systems/network management or application performance productsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills3+ Years experience preparing for and contributing to senior management briefs5+ years of experience supporting/using enterprise class infrastructure monitoring platforms5+ years of experience supporting/using enterprise class configuration and policy managementThorough understanding of IT infrastructure (eg, networking, computing, storage, application interfaces), and enterprise IT infrastructure best practices5+ years of experience supporting/using enterprise class ITSM platformsBasic understanding and supporting/using AI/ML analyticsUnderstanding of Linux operating system experienceSelf-motivated and able to work independently on multiple engagements/projectsAbility to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in stressful situationsAbility to navigate ambiguous situationsSelf-starter with strong ability to prioritize competing project timelinesCreative person who looks for new and innovative ways to resolve problemsEffective team player willing to assist others when neededStrong organization and time management skillsAdditional Job DescriptionAdditional Job DescriptionWe are GDIT.
