Job 8000 Location Stafford, VA (support the GCSS-MC program office) Duration 5+ years Start ASAP Positions One Work Status s Travel required 10 Clearance Active Secret clearance Salary Please let us know your salary requirement Title Sr. Business Systems Analyst Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a high caliber Sr. Business Systems Analyst in the Stafford, VA area to support a Marine Corps Oracle R12 based ERP that provides near real-time visibility of retail supply, wholesale supply, equipment maintenance, and repair transactions. As the Business Analyst, you will work with Product Owners to clearly define business requirements, translate business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, and develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, wireframes, interface system diagrams, and data flows. The BSA will develop business, functional and system user stories and requirements for small and large-scale web applications. Translate business requirements to detailed user, functional, and systems requirements Support the project team to ensure implementation meets specificationsrequirements and customer expectations Facilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customerstakeholders to define and document customer requirements that will be developed by the development team Serve as primary contact with the Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and any support for defect management during UAT process Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts Performs at an advanced technical level on all phases of analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree (Computer Science or technology related field) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management activities across all phases of the agile software development cycle Knowledge of one or more Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred) Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL Best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences Strong skills with MS Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority Preferred Skills Knowledge or experience working with Supply Chain Management SystemsPlatforms Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification Best regards, Marie Luppold Sr. Program Hiring Manager Knowledge Management, Inc. 353 Middlesex Road Tyngsboro, MA 01879 Officeext. 200 Fax 978- - Website www.knowledgemanagement.com httpwww.knowledgemanagement.com "An SBA 8(a) STARS II, GSA Schedule 70, PSS, RS3 Contract Holder an SDB MBE Certified Company"
