We distinguish ourselves from other live-in facilities by emphasizing independent living within a strong community context.Job Purpose:To oversee client programmatic plans and staff implementation of plans; compliance with DMAS Medicaid Waiver regulations, and overall support the residential services teamQualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred in the Human Services field and at least 2 years experience in field of developmental/intellectual disabilities; QIDP designation requiredDuties and Responsibilities:ISP preparation process, including communication with case management and vocational providers as appropriate and development of programs for ISP goals and objectivesMonthly Review of ISP objectives and updates as necessaryDevelopment and implementation of functional assessments to include incorporating identified person centered circle of supports, wishes and needsDevelopment and implementation of staff in-service training programs as necessaryTraining residential services staff in program implementation, data recording, and record keepingMaintaining updated knowledge of and compliance with DMAS Medicaid Waiver requirements and submissions.Advocate in the community for clients with employers, vocationally and independently; help secure resident employment and ensure job coaches manage communicationWork with other support services (County, State, Vocational, Medical, etc.) to develop behavioral programs as necessaryWork with care team to monitor resident health and wellness as it pertains to ISP process and needsReview quality of program delivery and conduct reliability reviews with staff to ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices.Complete book reviews for permanent record keeping as per state licensing guidelinesReview data collection, ensuring frequency maintenanceEnsure that client civil and human rights are protectedEnsure compliance with State, County and Human Rights regulationsParticipate in the Emergency On-Call Supervisor rotationOther duties as assigned by supervisor
