Our client is one of the fastest growing health-tech start-ups in the world. As a pioneer in e-commerce, they are looking to expand into 35 new cities over the next couple of years. Currently they are looking for a strong Sales Development Representative to join their team and help them build out the Washington DC market. As an SDR you will be: Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for product demonstrations Reaching out to leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to book demonstrations Clearly communicating the company s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there sa good fit Providing support to Account Executive team as needed Qualifications for this role are: Bachelor s degree 6 months to 2 years of some type of work experience (client-facing a plus) Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure Experience working within teams, whether it be at the professional or personal level
