About the Position: Kimbrough is the headquarters of the U.S. Army Medical Department Activity, Fort George G. Meade, includes a number of U.S. Army health clinics, occupational health clinics, telemedicine, behavioral health, allergen extract lab, drug testing labs, and environmental health clinics at several installations in MD, PA, VA, & DC. Kimbrough provides primary care, selected specialty care & same day surgery for TRICARE Prime patients.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing knowledge of supply regulations, policies and procedures; experience conducting inventory and adjusting supply items; and experience requisition supplies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for review, correction, and submission of all prime vendor summary receipts for both medical/surgical and pharmaceutical Class VIII supplies.
- Serve as a Government Purchase Credit Card Holder with purchasing authority.
- Update automated databases with information provided from various sources.
