Position Summary : Samsung SDS America is looking for a motivated and experienced channel sales professional to engage with enterprise clients and strategic channel partners to sell SDSA offerings (mobile hardware, solutions, services, and network) driving business development activities. The successful candidate will work with channel partners to serve enterprise clients sales teams within Samsung affiliated companies to develop B2B opportunities and to ensure customer success and revenue growth. We are looking for a business expert with consultative sales experience, and the ability to bring expertise in the areas of strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management. The right candidate for this position possesses a sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to aggressively develop opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities : Leverage all channels (external and internal partners) to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts Meet target revenue and profitability through B2B channel partners including accurate opportunity forecasting Develop and implement customer service process methodologies for creating a repeatable, scalable and measureable customer delivery infrastructure Manage each account (multiple accounts in large partners) to specific targets on strategic/ economic values including all relevant levels of customer personnel Manage internal resources (SDS) and external partners (channel and solutions) for successful account-specific project management (success criteria includes on-time, on-budget, on-function/scope) Manage account/project specific issues, risks and quality Participate in external reputation building (in alignment with marketing campaigns, industry events, etc.) Requirements/Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree required 7+ years of experience in Sales, including 5+ years of experience in IT channel management, sales, or partner management Proven sales track records in enterprise (B2B) with Fortune 500 clients Able to build trusting relationship with channel partners at all level (CXO, middle managers, working level) based on subject matter expertise and SDS offerings Product Solution Sales knowledge in Mobility Solutions, mobile security and enterprise mobility management Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and programs (budget, on-time, quality) and business planning capability Superior technical expertise of products and services in enterprise IT and mobility solution Experience with marketing programs and campaigns Excellent presentation, communications skills and Problem-solving skills Team player and well organized Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO)
