The Client is looking for 2 contract resources to assist with the TC51 Voice project. EM from the Director of UC at The Client "We will be deploying TC51's with Voice and replacing those with Cisco Jabber already installed on the device Ideally the resource should have experience with Cisco Call Manager (hardware and software) and preferably mobile device management (AirWatch). This role would be part time remote and part time on site (about 50/50). We are looking for ideally two resources (one that would work in the Baltimore region and one in the DC/Southern MD region). The initial project would be for 6 months - but with the opportunity for an 18 month engagement. Details about the scope of work and project * TC51's (Zebra Scanners are Android devices that they are deploying out to the entire hospital staff in each of the patient rooms. The scanners are used for tagging patients, tracking medications given to patients, etc.) * PBX to Cisco VoIP conversion early 2021 * Implementation process for their voice product (replacing Cisco Jabber wherever it's been deployed) o Replacing ASCOM's and other various Wi-Fi phones o Standing up brand new Cisco Call Manager infrastructure This person will be programming between the interface of Cerner and Call Manager Replacing PBX systems with Cisco VoIP * Capital budgets opening back up for discussion for 1st of October * Start replacing all phone systems with that budget (looking to target early next year) o ATOS/ Unify shop prior o Putting budget together for 7 more hospitals * NTT will push the app remotely on the TC51 devices through AirWatch (MDM) o In the testing phase right now o This resource will handle the verification and make sure it works properly for the hospital staff o Go lives March/April/May * More in-depth on telecom side * Past go live and deployment support * Device programing on-site * PBX programming can be done remotely * Device testing * Hardware and software * Hardware (mobile devices, IT closets (cabling, network gear) * Go live might need to be on-site more * Boots on the ground person * Nurse call functionality with the phones About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
