To learn more, visit Responsibilities Senior Revenue Cycle and Reporting AnalystOverviewWe are hiring a Senior Revenue Cycle and Reporting Analyst to join our team. This position reports directly to the project manager. The main tasks of this position include assisting the project manager with operational project management, conducting detailed claiming analysis, and performing operational project management reporting functions for the project. You will work alongside project team members and software engineers, as necessary. This will include the creation and publication of monthly performance dashboards for internal management and for client reporting.A strong understanding of the systems and processes that are utilized in claim processing operations are required for this position. Job responsibilities will include business process documentation and analysis, creating new and enhancing existing policies and procedures, performing user acceptance testing on new system enhancements, maintaining production schedules, and providing on-going project results reporting to senior management with insightful interpretation of results in a standardized format. Other activities needed to support the project manager will also be assigned.A successful candidate must have 5 to 10 years of relevant healthcare claiming and revenue cycle management experience, have a natural analytical way of thinking, be able to work remotely meeting goals with little supervision, is detail oriented, and have excellent oral and written communication skills that allows you to be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
