Support shall include content management (CM) for SAF/IA websites (AF Portal for both NIPRNet and SIPRNet, AF Public websites) to SAF/IA evolving collaboration needs (Intelink, MS SharePointA' (R), AFKN, visual tele-conference [VTC], etc.). The contractor will work with SAF/IA to define and validate on-going information/ knowledge sharing and collaboration needs, IT and information systems (IS) strategy, and assist with IT and IS portfolio compliance activities management to ensure high up-time computing (ie, NIPR and SIPR desktop/laptop support), DOD/AF on-site networking, remote connectivity, and telecommunications needs are met. The contractor will provide recommendations for CM strategy, realignment of sites/tools, site structure, etc. as instructed by the CIO. A' POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:A' Provide triage of inbound requests via phone, email, web, and chatA' Support IT Hardware Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support that includes commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) desktop, laptop, and notebook computers, tablet PCs, scanners, printers, docking stations, and the other computer peripheral equipment and accessories Function as customer point of contact regarding IT Support to supported usersA' Support Software Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support: Includes COTS desktop and laptop operating and application software, scanning software, antivirus software, and any software applications that can be installed on a WindowsA' (R) OS Support Network Hardware and Software Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support Support Communications Equipment Installation, Maintenance, and Break-fix Support: Includes telephones to include voice-over-Internet-Protocol phones, iPhonesA' (R), BlackberriesA' (R), facsimile, WAN access point equipment, and the other communications equipment and mobile devices as required Qualifications Education & Experience Associate degree , and three (3) years of related experience; High School and five (5) years ofA' related experience.A' Bachelor's Degree preferredA' 3+ years of experience in computer hardware/software supportA' to: Microsoft (MS) WindowsA' (R) operating systems (OS) like Windows 10A' (R) and any legacy MS WindowsA' (R) OS MS OfficeA' (R) suite of applications Internet browsers Adobe AcrobatA' (R) Professional Scanning software Antivirus software, and Any other software applications that can be installed on a MS WindowsA' (R) OS in a USAF environment 3+ years of experience providing communications break fix for: Telephones to include voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) Voice-over-secure-Internet-Protocol (VoSIP) and secure telephone equipment (STE) phones iPhonesA' (R), Blackberry'sA' (R) Facsimile Wide-area network access point equipment, and Other communications equipment and mobile devices as required in a USAF environment 3+ years of experience providing: Network support NIPRNET, SIPRNET, remote desktop, CITRIXA' (R) and CISCOA' (R) client support OracleA' (R) database support Online meeting/conference support Web site and SharePointA' (R) site administration and maintenance Network outage issues, and Any other networking support issues as required Wide-area network access Clearance Active DoD Secret clearance; or able to obtain CertificationsA' Comp TIA Security+ certification with CE preferred or at a minimum IAT Level I SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
