Senior Director of Finance Who we are: ASCP is a membership association that represents pharmacists, health care professionals, and students serving the unique medication needs of older adults. Who we are looking for: A sa member of our Senior Leadership team the Senior D irector of Finance will supervise and manage the day to day accounting and finance needs of the organization. Direct the creation and maintenance of strategic financial analysis while producing well-structured financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Responsibilities: Perform financial statement close and distribute financials Prepare Quarterly financial review to Board of ASCP and Foundation Prepare financial forecasts 3x year Prepare annual budget for Society and Foundation Generate and track multiple metrics with and without assistance from Staff Accountant Accumulate data and coordinate all communications with outside CPA for annual tax returns and audits (at least every five years) Quarterly/Monthly FEC filings for PAC Review and maintain accounting Policies + Procedures Coordinate/track all trademarks Maintain Cash Flow forecast, as needed Review and pay bills in Bill.com Coordinate across departments to develop and continuously improve processes Perform other duties as assigned PandoLogic.
