Job Description FranConnect is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to help drive its growth. This person will be at the center of our Marketing team, working collaboratively with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Brand/Strategy teams. The primary role is to develop, execute and measure cross-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. The right candidate will combine grit, creativity, and strategic thinking, while being comfortable getting hands-on with the latest marketing technology and techniques. Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and execute cross-channel demand generation programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and help generate sales-ready opportunities * Prioritize and manage activities across channels, including email automation, Pay-per-click and Pay-per lead, display advertising, content syndication and promotion, virtual events, and more * Optimize and deploy content and messaging from the rest of the Marketing team across channels and into campaigns * Measure what matters: Analyze results at a granular level, provide visibility across the organization, and adjust strategies accordingly * Manage the day-to-day implementation of our Marketing Automation platform and other Marketing technologies * Create and manage project budgets and report on ROI * Proactively collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure that lead generation goals are aligned across departments * Manage company website and work with the appropriate agencies and vendors to optimize for conversion and SEO * Contribute to content creation, review and publishing (collateral, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.)
