Pennrose Management Company is excited to be recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for our Wyman Property in Baltimroe, MD The chosen individual will be responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance for a residential building. This individual will assist in maintaining and improving operating conditions, quality, and integrity of all building systems and building appearances. Responsibilities also include general upkeep and cleaning of the grounds and common areas.
