Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Local IT Administrator (Tier 1). Local IT Administrator Responsibilities: Must have experience with troubleshooting, problem escalation, MAC requests and inventory, as related to working in a help desk environment. Must have detailed knowledge of server configuration and automated problem management and help desk tools. Will assist in administrative duties as well as all other duties as assigned. Travel to off-site locations is required for forward presence customer support. Local IT Administrator Qualifications: 2 years of specialized experience, including knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, some knowledge of application support, mail standards and work on a help desk team. Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing. A positive customer service attitude and professional phone etiquette is required. Why should you work for Mindbank?
