Summary

As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will serves as the Director, OSM, Management Program Support Division.
FAS.

This position is located in the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Systems Management (OSM). 1800 F Street, NW Washington DC.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Develops and maintains strategies and repeatable process to establish and implement the program strategy.
  • Conducts analysis and evaluates on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of assigned tasks in meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Reviews proposed regulations and other policy issuances for conformity with current operations; negotiates any conflicting interpretations and views, and ensures necessary changes are considered.
  • Plans, directs, and supervises division work to develop and implement procedures and guidance to resolve stakeholder inquiries, communicate with internal and external senior leadership, and provide education materials that support the work carried out in OSM.

Qualifications

  • The GS-15 salary range starts at $142,701.00

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is experience includes successfully directing, managing and coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives in the area of strategic business planning and organizational performance management. Such experience must demonstrate leadership in strategic planning, operations management, financial oversight, and advisory/consulting skills on controversial business issues.
