Requirements: The ideal candidate for the position has a valid Maryland Journeyman or Master Plumber license, a valid and current backflow certification, and at least 4 years of prior plumbing experience. The candidate should possess a valid driver's license and have experience servicing commercial plumbing systems for corporate, institutional, educational, industrial, or government facilities.Job Requirements:Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial water heaters, duplex pumping systems, booster pump systems, HVAC systems Troubleshooting and repair of sensor style flush valves. Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed in a timely fashion, and in accordance with the company's standards for quality. Communicate effectively with customers and provide regular updates on the status of maintenance projects.
