Location: Arlington, VirginiaCategories: Engineering and ITReq ID: 4624Overview Stand Together is looking for a QA Engineer to play a critical role in expanding our quality assurance capability and supporting a growing pipeline of projects within our Infrastructure team, as well as driving efficiencies and QA best practices. We are looking for colleagues committed to advancing our mission with energy, commitment, and passion for what they do.Your Responsibilities IncludeTest current products and identifying deficienciesSuggest solutions to identified product problems Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfactionPlan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategyCollaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project executionIdentify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement Oversee continuous improvement projects Collect quality data Identify key KPIs for product qualityKnowledge and Skills You Bring to the OrganizationMinimum of 3+ years of work experience guiding development teams through execution of Quality AssuranceExperience writing and executing Test Cases and creating Regression suitesExperience in the execution of quality assurance and testing within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanMust be experienced in Test Automation (Selenium or Provar preferred)Bachelor's degree in the fields of engineering, design, technical writing, or comparable work experienceStandout Candidates May Also BringExperience with SalesforceAbout UsStand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives.
