Summary Reporting into the CEO, the Sales Director will lead the entire sales network for North America. Client Details Global, industry leading compressor manufacturer Description Lead NA regional sales team to ensure objectives are achieved in line with group strategy and budget Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning of products and services Partner closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure customers demands are met Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Lead new business generation and up-selling of existing customers Identify market trends and opportunities to lead sales expansion Understand product and competitive products to be demonstrate value proposition effectively to clients Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long term relationship Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market Profile Bachelors degree Prior experience with the Compressor market is essential Minimum 7 years Sales Management Experience at Director or VP level Experienced with CRM as sales management tool Experience of building a high preforming sales team Proven track record in sales le Ability to communicate and present at all levels across an organization, including board level Job Offer Excellent base salary, company vehicle and generous bonus plan.
