The Senior Accountant will have a direct path for advancement and visibility to the current Controller and CFO. This role will provide a blend of operational accounting oversight, in addition to monthly close activities, financial statement preparation, tax reporting, and account reconciliations/analysis. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for process improvements and have the ability to directly impact efficiencies in the organization. Additional responsibilities will include:- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management- Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.- Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions- Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAPInterested candidates should forward their resume to jack.moyer @ roberthalf.com for consideration.
