Responsibilities Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements Keep abreast of the property market status Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Requirements Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Proven track record of successful sales Basic understanding of MS Office Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques Customer-focused approach Job Requirements: Showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants Show apartments to prospective leases Providing property statistics and leasing information Show property and apartments to prospects Meet or exceed leasing goals Touring the property with prospective residents Prepare leasing documents and contracts Show apartments to prospective clients Assist Leasing Agent in leasing of apartments Demonstrate property amenities, model apartments and available apartments Providing administrative and leasing support for assigned property Meet or exceed all leasing goals Generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations Complete all lease paperwork with future residents Showing properties to potential tenants Achieve the target leasing goals established for the property Qualify prospects and lease units Follow company policies for all leasing procedures
