We examine the art of the possible via in-depth enterprise engineering analysis, baseline definition and control to defend the agency's investment towards mission modernization. In order to realize Agency strategic goals, Perspecta guides optimal execution towards the future state vision by migrating to a multi-Cloud infrastructure to facilitate automated processing of Big Data, application of AI to increase analyst accuracy and efficiency fostering anticipatory analytics. To achieve these goals, we expertly apply our Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices across the following job categories:Business/ Systems/ Enterprise architectsCould EngineersRequirement engineersSystems engineersSensor engineersDuties may include:Assist the Government in directing engineering, integration and architecture teams in taking a multi-disciplined approach to architecting and engineering; integration, test and evaluation; maintainability and analysis of enterprise service centric solutions across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) and Federal Agencies.Assist with the planning, analysis/traceability of user requirements, architectures traceability, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review cloud service capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.Support analysis and allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs.Advise the Government on proposed changes to the solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technologies.Advice the Government in updating the linear Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) process to a non-linear, model and automation based process. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: TS / SCI ClearanceBachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in a related technical or scientific field such as physics, computer science, mathematics, Information Technology or other STEM program or equivalent experienceExperience working in Government or Industry in relevant work areas including DoD/IC Acquisition process, PPBES Process, or systems engineering of large complex system-of-systems or service-oriented architecture environments Desired Qualifications:Recent NGA, NSG/ASG program/project experienceWorking knowledge of Model-based Systems Engineering INCOSE Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) CertificationWorking knowledge of TCPED and Geospatial-Intelligence About PerspectaWhat matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
