The selected candidates will design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic manufacturing equipment or machinery. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes. Responsibilities include:Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipmentPrepare cost estimates, perform power metering, and read blueprintsPerform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction and installation standards and specificationsDirect and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirementsQualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearanceTen (10) years of general experience in electrical engineering or a related discipline, to include at least five (5) years of experience in either the test or support of automated control systems or the servicing of controls, autonomous, and sensory systemsBachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of general experienceThree (3) years of design experience of automated control systems or the servicing of controls, autonomous, and sensory systems Overview SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
