Salary: $85-95k Some highlights: * Very stable company * Newly created role due to growth * Employee owned company (ESOP) * Free parking * Competitive benefits Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst * The Financial Analyst will have an important role in financial, business, and systems analysis * Prepare and analyze financial reports for forecasting budgeting * Utilize Deltek Costpoint * Ensure compliance with FAR and CAS regulations * Analyze indirect cost rates, indirect rate variances, and cost pools * Handle data modeling and pull data to generate various reports * Assist preparing the annual budget * Analyze budget vs. actual and explain variances * Assist with Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRA) * Work closely with FPA Director in regards to financial planning analysis * Create systems to automate and streamline processes/procedures Preferred Experience for the Financial Analyst * 5+ years of financial analysis experience in government contracting * Deltek Costpoint experience * Knowledge of FAR CAS regulations * Bachelor's degree * US Citizenship required
