Some key subject areas include the Affordable Care Act, Public Health Service Act, False Claims Act, privacy laws, COBRA, ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid and state insurance law. Experience with litigation and/or government investigations is preferred. qualifications: Qualifications Candidates with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, superior academic credentials, excellent analytical skills and strong writing skills are encouraged to submit their resumes.
