Job Requirements Overview of the Accounts Payable role: The Accounts Payable Specialist will prepare and enter high volume invoices into the system. Prepare accounts payable checks and process weekly check runs. Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Audit expense reports for all employees. Assist in monthly closings. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Position: 2+ years recent Accounts Payable experience Working experience with Microsoft Excel--including ability to work in pivot tables Experience with Yardi or Timberline a plus Ability to engage with team members in a fast-paced environment and CONTRIBUTE!
