Description Job Description: Leidos is looking for a successful candidate will perform all IT Manager duties and will manage the a small team of technicians that operate, maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments in accordance with IT best practices supporting enterprise networked systems and managing Microsoft server infrastructure solutions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Direct and supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manage the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with Program manager objectives as defined by the Landlord. Manage team of technicians that operate, maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environment including computer hardware, software, and related documentation in accordance with IT best practices. When needed perform work to administer computer networks and related computing environment including computer hardware, software, and related documentation in accordance with IT best practices. Interface with Program manager, customer, technical staff, team members, and management to identify issues, negotiate changes, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service both orally and in writing, as appropriate. Track and support periodic hardware and software upgrades including research to develop cost estimates. Work closely with support partners to promptly resolve incidents. Attend onsite/offsite meetings to include teleconferences Draft and maintain site documents to include network diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures and Concept of Operations. Generate daily status reports for customer involving project updates, infrastructure metrics and ticketing trends. Verify Staff work schedules to make sure building has 24x7 coverage including core hours from 6:00am to 8:00pm. Generate weekly status reports to the Program Manager to include risk identification/mitigation, project updates, and ticket trends. Work with other admins to verify compliance reporting / data generation / compliance with the customers Secure the Enterprise (STE) efforts working closely with the ISSO Monitor the Health of an Unclass Cisco Call manager, reset VM passwords and setup new VM boxes for Tenants BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Microsoft Windows Server domain administration Basic Network understanding with TCP/IP protocols Currently possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Understanding of ticketing systems, eg, Remedy. Ability to perform duties for SAs when needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (list additional "pluses or nice to have" skills/experience) ITIL Foundation certification CCNA Certification. Security + TIA Certification. Microsoft Certified Professional PMP Experience with Exchange server Firewall, IDS and Web Filter management experience.
