JOB TITLE: Data Management Analyst F-35 JPO PROJECT OVERVIEW: Project provides support to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City (Arlington), VA. The JPO manages the development, test, production, fielding and sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter for the USAF, USMC, USN, and International Partner and FMS customer nations worldwide. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Data Management Analyst will assist the Configuration Management/Data Management IPT Lead and other team members in the review, processing disposition, and status accounting of DM documentation. Responsibilities will include the following: Analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs Track program/project status and schedules Applies policies and procedures for financial planning REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Security Clearance: Secret Active Secret Security Clearance is required Bachelor s degree from an accredited university in Business, Management or a degree relevant to the position Allowable substitution: Associates degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience; Or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor s degree Demonstrated program experience in the configuration management process must include: configuration identification, control, audit, and status; DOD configuration management policies, procedures, review cycles, instructions and standards; engineering change proposal evaluations Demonstrated Configuration Management experience with development, production, ancillary equipment, ground support equipment, test & evaluation, and fleet operations of a DoD acquisition domestic and international aircraft program Analytical and communication abilities (both written and verbal) DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: WORK LOCATION: Crystal City, VA TRAVEL : 5% KEY WORDS : DoD, IT, configuration management, CM, configuration identification, control, audit, engineering change proposal evaluations, development, production, ancillary equipment, ground support equipment, test & evaluation, T&E, fleet, international, aircraft. #MON WBB is a technical and management consulting company that provides innovative products and services that solve government and commercial customer s toughest problems.
