This is a critical position within the organization that will be the liaison between people in the field and the corporate headquarters. Primary responsibilities include managing a cost system database for profit center operations, implementing and maintaining a cost control system, cost projections for product offerings, analysis of results for variances, work with Production Managers to establish and verify for accuracy Sales Area Figures for all communities as well as update and maintain Sales Price Worksheets and Spreads for all active and future communities, ensure that pricing spreadsheets accurately reflect Base, Standard, and Elective costs and maintain sales data and pricing spreadsheets.
