Establish and maintain member relationships through financial products and services that promote members' financial well-being, including resolving and escalating member concerns.Will handle all incoming and follow up calls for customers regarding accounts. ( full cycle customer service)Conducting outbound phone calls to update members on a conversion that has happened. Will transfer calls to other departments if any further questions.Goal Metrics 50-60Average time on calls--4-5 min but they are more concerned with customer satisfactionHours the Call Center is Open: M-F 8a-7p Sat 8:30-3 ( rotate once or twice month to work Saturdays) NEED TO FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS. they are flexible with what days people need off but need to be flexible to work between 8 am - 7 pmIDEAL Candidate:-Customer service background-Call center experience-Banking knowledgeAbout Aerotek:Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
