Job Description Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Companionship and conversation * Personal Care, Toileting and Bathing Assistance * Walking, Dressing, and Transferring Assistance * Alzheimer's / Dementia Care * Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation * Medication and appointment reminders * Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect * Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Requirements to be a CAREGiver: * At least 2 years of relevant experience * Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen * Possess a valid driver's license, a vehicle registered in Maryland in your name that's suitable for transporting a client, and has valid auto insurance coverage * CNA/GNA license is not a requirement, but definitely a plus Benefits * 401K w/ company 3% match * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Employee Discounts through Sprint/Verizon During these trying times safety is our priority!
