If this sounds like the choice you want to make, then choose MITREand make a difference with us.MITREs Windows Endpoint Management & Tools team is responsible for providing MITRE employees with enterprise class tools that keep corporate windows endpoints secure and compliant while enabling MITRE employees to be productive and collaborative with sponsors and peers to help deliver MITRE''s mission of solving problems for a safer world.Responsibilities include:Evaluating and managing endpoint COTS collaboration productsOperating and maintaining MITRE''s collaboration endpoints tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype for BusinessDeveloping related documentation and training materialsInteracting with employees, vendors, and other internal technical teams to resolve technical issuesMinimum Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Required Qualifications:Experience working in a corporate IT environment, supporting Windows systems.Good oral and written communications skillsMust be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance at time of hirePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with endpoint collaboration tools, including managing configuration and end user experience.Experience working Windows 10 OS management and Active Directory Group Policies for product management.Familiarization with Microsoft 365 services and connected experiences with devices and applicationsExperience with troubleshooting application issues using logs and other diagnosis toolsProficiency at working in a dynamic and disturbed team-based environmentMITRE is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
