We are looking for those applicants that posses following: 5 years of experience in residential and light commercial installations. Experienced in sheet metal fabrication. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Have own trade tools. Ability to pass a drug screen. NATE certified a plus. Self-starter with a can do attitude. In this position the candidate will be expected to install: Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Rooftop Units, Humidifiers, IAQ equipment, Geothermal Equipment, Sheet Metal and Flexible Ductwork and more. Job Requirements: Performing preventive maintenance on equipment Identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs Maintain and repair heating and cooling systems Troubleshoot residential and light commercial equipment Replace or repair defective parts Identifying equipment parts and components that are required to repair and maintain equipment Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures Complete maintenance and repair records updates Perform maintenance and service repairs on residential and commercial HVAC equipment Monitor the following areas of repair Make service calls to customer homes and provide with expert troubleshooting and repair service to a variety of equipment, particularly heating systems Used in the repair of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and light commercial buildings Test each system after service/repair Achieve annual and monthly sales goals
