Project Duration Contract, 3 Months Scope of Position This position ensures that accounts are accurately and timely enrolled, billed, and reconciled so that the system is correct and the client is satisfied. In accomplishing its accountabilities, the position must interact and coordinate with accounts, subscribers, sales, underwriting, finance, systems, and other internal service units. Responsibilities Enrolls subscribers and dependents for all business in a timely manner to meet the corporate objective of the issuance of timely and accurate ID cards. Processes terminations, coverage level changes, and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both paper and automated enrollment accounts. Resolves enrollment errors and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines. If account installation and enrollment are integrated, performs basic account installation functions, including review of group setup documentation, simple group structure setup, and coding on enrollment system. (80%) Performs all basic billing and account reconciliation for all groups. Resolves billing/enrollment aspects of customer inquiries requiring knowledge of claims systems. If assigned to section service functions, handles phone and written inquiries from GA s, brokers, and service related to enrollment & billing. (20%) Job Requirements: Required Skills High School degree plus 2-3 years enrollment & billing, service, or claims experience for internal hires, and 3-5 years of enrollment & billing, service, or claims experience for external hires. Thorough knowledge of EAB, CARE, Facets, and/or FLEXX enrollment and claims platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills, mathematical, PC literacy, keyboard, and problem solving skills. Experience handling multiple and shifting priorities. Proficient in Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc) Preferred Skills 2 years college in applicable field. Previous experience working with electronic enrollment or claims processing in the healthcare industry.
