An Insurance Agency is actively seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who has a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and the use of agency management systems. This individual should be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Support and communicate with Producer and/or Client Executive in day to day servicing client accounts, and direct contact with clients and insurance underwriters Accurately input policy updates and account information Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals Identify, collect, and manage information regarding account renewals Consistent and timely communication with agency agents and carrier representatives Develop strong relationships with clients, producers, and fellow employees Qualifications: 3-5 years of Independent Agency or Retail Broker experience Property & Casualty Insurance License required High School Diploma required; Advanced degree or equivalent career experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwriters Ag client experience preferred Knowledge of online rating software and various insurance carriers' online systems including, TAM, EPIC, and/or AMS360 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
