Energize your career at Exelon!A' A' PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONThis position reports to the Sr. Manager, Finance and is responsible for supporting the execution and operations on project financings and integration activities across the BSC and business units. The position will work across functional teams to ensure successful closing and compliance with project financing documents while also identifying cross functional efficiencies that may result from project financing efforts.A' PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport execution of project financing activities including modeling, project and vendor research and due diligence supportAssist Sr. Manager, Project Finance in working with the business in structuring projects and contractual relationships to support project financing activitiesProvide analytical support for project financing bank strategyOperate and maintain compliance for assigned project financings.A' Will be point person for rating agencies, investors, and internal customers.Stay current on market trends and keep Manager, Project Finance and Assistant Treasurers - Capital Markets and Project Finance apprised of trends and opportunities in the project finance areaProvide transition and training for operational, business and senior management teams once financing is closedAssist in the development of presentations in support of project financing activities for internal and external stakeholdersA' QualificationsA' POSITION SPECIFICATIONSMinimum:An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field of studyMinimumA' 8 years related experience including at least 6 years experience related to financing or financeExperience in investment banking, capital markets, project financing, project structuring, other financing negotiations or complex transactionsMust have project finance operations and origination experience.Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with banks, business units, BSC and corporate center groupsAbility to review and understand complex legal contractsAbility to mentor staff, motive others, and manage significant internal (business units, sr. management) and external (banks, vendors, rating agencies) relationshipsStrong project management skills/experiencePreferred:CFA, CPA or MBA strongly preferredA' POSITION SCOPEA' Position reports to Sr. Manager, Project Finance.A' Position requires management of relationships in the bank group; requires strong relationships externally and internally.A' Internal relationships must be very broad across the corporate center, business service center and business units.A' Position requires ability to understand complex situations and recommend various options based upon analytical review.Reports within the Treasury organization but helps to support the business directly.Exelon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.VEVRAA Federal ContractorEEO is the Law Poster
