Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in partnership with a leading health system and is searching for a skilled and qualified Clinical Trial Management Systems Analyst. An internationally recognized pioneer, with multiple specialized health centers, the client is seeking for an Analyst who will support and administer the implementation and maintenance of the electronic data systems for clinical trials. Responsibilities:
  • Understand organizational goals and provide recommendations that align with organizational mission and policies
  • Collaborate with Clinical Trial Management System end uses, technical team, key stakeholders and leadership for strategic planning; ensure institutional goals are met
  • Conduct project analysis, data migration and prepare reports, outlining the results and developing corrective action plans
  • Participate in quality assurance and ensuring data integrity with the software and systems currently used
  • Evaluate processes and communicate with management and staff about changes that impact workflows, policies and processes
  • Provide support and training to users, implement system changes, functionality and provide status of respective applications
  • Participate in testing and provide feedback to project teams
  • Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for maintaining data integrity

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or related fields required; Master's Degree in healthcare preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a research coordinator or financial administrator with an academic or healthcare background
  • 1+ years of clinical trial management systems experience
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and related policies and regulations
  • Strong technical skills, using Microsoft Office Tools
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills; detail oriented with the ability to work independently
