Job Description FranConnect is hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to help drive its growth. This person will be at the center of our Marketing team, working collaboratively with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Brand/Strategy teams. The primary role is to develop, execute and measure cross-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. The right candidate will combine grit, creativity, and strategic thinking, while being comfortable getting hands-on with the latest marketing technology and techniques. Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and execute cross-channel demand generation programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and help generate sales-ready opportunities * Prioritize and manage activities across channels, including email automation, Pay-per-click and Pay-per lead, display advertising, content syndication and promotion, virtual events, and more * Optimize and deploy content and messaging from the rest of the Marketing team across channels and into campaigns * Measure what matters: Analyze results at a granular level, provide visibility across the organization, and adjust strategies accordingly * Manage the day-to-day implementation of our Marketing Automation platform and other Marketing technologies * Create and manage project budgets and report on ROI * Proactively collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure that lead generation goals are aligned across departments * Manage company website and work with the appropriate agencies and vendors to optimize for conversion and SEO * Contribute to content creation, review and publishing (collateral, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.)
