Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Capture Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in a multifaceted role working in collaboration with our Capability Teams and Account Teams with a focus on DHS, DOD, DOJ, and DOS accounts. Job Responsibilities As a Capture Manager, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner within the(NSD) Public Sector team. Build upon and advance relationships and brand awareness within our key client accounts: Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of State (DoS). Oversee the development and maintenance of client relationships and the management of multiple simultaneous complex internal and external work streams to further our positioning on large deals in the market. Support existing client consulting teams, emphasizing an entrepreneurial mindset in developing new opportunities, and driving thought leadership (methodologies, whitepapers, etc.) that contribute to improved client relationships. Develop and oversee implementation of bid strategies, proposal approaches and technical solutions, along with help with written proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP. Manage and support account planning activities to develop business within NSD markets. Manage pipeline and capture of opportunities to meet business and market goals. Execute large capture proposal processes and color-team reviews for responses. Engage with Capgemini parent company resources (200,000 worldwide) and build relationships to bring commercial and international expertise and capabilities to Federal/Civilian clients. Actively meet with small businesses, software vendors, technology providers, and other partners to formulate successful teaming partnerships. Brief executive clients on Capgemini domain experience and capabilities. Basic Qualifications: US Citizenship is required. Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance is required. Current Government Security Clearance preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University. Master's Degree or MBA preferred. Experience leading sales efforts together with technology partners such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, Tableau, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and SAP. Minimum of7 years of professional consulting experience supporting DHS, DOD, DOJ, or DOS with proven leadership in business development activities (eg leading account and capture plans and/or government proposals). Ability to clearly communicate results and educate others through well-organized and detail-oriented reports and presentations. Exceptional analytic skills with the demonstrated ability to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels. Direct experience writing to multiple proposal response types (eg, vehicles, task orders, prime, sub). Strong understanding of Government procurement processes and procedures. Knowledge and application of end-to-end capture process, proposal process, and delivery lifecycle. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; to include expertise in setting and managing customer expectations with executive-level clients. Experience leading teams for business development, capture, and project delivery. Significant experience interacting with and presenting to senior federal government leadership to include the ability to clearly and concisely present technical topics to a variety of stakeholders.
