Description SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Arlington, VA to support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract. Note: This role offers temporary work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home due to COVID-19. Eventually the work will go back on site in Arlington, VA. Team SAIC is pursuing the opportunity to provide integrated training, communications, operations, engineering, logistics, and ancillary information technology (IT) products and services to enable the Army National Guard (ARNG) Intelligence and Security Directorate (G-2) to provide efficient and dynamic military intelligence (MI) training support and increase readiness for the Warfighter. Products and services will include, but are not limited to, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) support; Intelligence Readiness and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT); modeling and simulation; exercise and deployment support; IT training development and delivery for the mission; information security; MI systems; and, ancillary IT infrastructure. This work will be done in support of ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners, eg, Department of Homeland Security, Intelligence Community, Headquarters Department of the Army, state Governors domestic response teams, NGB, ARNG, and the Unified Combatant Commands. SAIC has formed an outstanding team of large and small business to support this program and is actively seeking experienced professionals to support a variety of program requirements. Job Duties: Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will liaison between the task order project management office, project teams, and line management. Review and report on the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules, and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for identifying solutions to risks and issues. Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished. Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. Serve as a consultant and external spokesperson for the TO program management office on significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives. Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience Active DOD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI. 5 years of program analyst experience Possess strong analytic and communication skills, work well on a team in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills. Desired Experience Army National Guard, US Army, and Military Intelligence experience desired.
