Description: CyberCore Technologies seeks a Helpdesk Specialist to support various clients and projects across our customer base by diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues in addition to researching issues using available information resources. This individual will head a team, serving as a SME. Required Experience : Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience, or 14 years of helpdesk experience Provide in-person or over the phone technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to equipment, software, and hardware Provide on-the-spot training to computer users when necessary Oversee daily performance of computer systems throughout the SHFCU network Install, modify, clean, and/or repair computer hardware and software as needed Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
