As a Sales Manager you will work independently with an established client base across the globe. You will have the freedom to explore new prospective business in unlimited territory and enjoy occasional domestic and international travel opportunities. This position brings optimum growth potential. As the Sales Manager you will: Represent the organization in a specialized industrial product line Address corporate goals by increasing market shares and meeting or exceeding budget targets Identify sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients Develop new leads within the industry and support marketing efforts Provide feedback to Management teams and align goals with regional needs Increase customer awareness of product potentials and industrial applications Coordinate with the Marketing team to update collateral sales materials and web pages Travel up to 15% of the time. The ideal candidate will: * Possess a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred), recent college graduates considered * Have residency in or near Washington County, MD * Have 3 years of industrial sales or business development experience * Have a general understanding of the industrial manufacturing environment * Have exceptional communication and presentation skills * Be customer-centric and invested in your client's evolving needs * Be available for occasional overnight travel * Be able to successfully self-manage with integrity and have a strong work ethic * Be proficient in MS Office suite This position offers: Competitive starting salary of $65,000 annually with tremendous growth potential Health Insurance, Healthcare Reimbursement Plan, 401 (k) Plan PTO, Holiday pay Domestic and international travel opportunities A secure job at a self-funded company with a 40 year success history
